Distribution lists

You can create distribution lists of commonly used contacts. Distribution lists are used in the Contact Search dialog.

  1. Open the project settings.
  2. On the settings menu, click Distribution Lists.
  • In the distribution list settings, click the distribution list.

You can create distribution lists for different groups of contacts.

  1. On the navigation toolbar, click add_circle (Create).
  2. Enter a name for the distribution list.
  3. To add a contact, click Add, and then select someone from the contact popover.

    4. The contact popover only displays the active project contacts. To search for or create other active contacts in the Contact Search dialog, click Contact search icon (Contact Search).

  4. Click save (Save).

You can add or remove contacts from a distribution list. The changes are saved automatically.

  • Click Add, and then select someone from the contact popover.

    • The contact popover only displays the active project contacts. To search for or create other active contacts in the Contact Search dialog, click Contact search icon (Contact Search).

  • Click the right side of a card, and then drag it to a different position.
  • On the contact card, click more_horiz (More) > Remove.

When you delete a distribution list, the contacts remain in ProjectSight.

  • Open the distribution list, and then click delete (Remove) in the Information panel.
