Different features are available for the different versions of ProjectSight. If you want to use features that are only available in the paid version, you can upgrade your subscription.

You can create an unlimited number of projects with 15 GB of project data storage. The following features are included in Go projects:

  • Portfolios, which are collections of projects
  • Drawings
  • Photos
  • Specifications
  • Issues
  • Punch items
  • RFIs
  • Specification sets
  • Submittals

For Go projects, you can also:

  • Maintain various settings at the portfolio or project level.
  • Add and edit security roles so that you can grant specific feature, record, and field permissions to your team members.
  • Maintain users across projects within a portfolio.
  • Add custom fields and customize the nomenclature for each record type.
  • Create and edit distribution lists.
  • Export projects.
  • Access ProjectSight Support Services.

The ProjectSight free version is only available in North America.

You can create a maximum of 3 free projects with an unlimited number of users and 2 GB of project data storage. The following features are included in free projects:
