Search tips
- To search in a subset of topics, click in the search field and select a filter.
- To search for a specific word or phrase, add quotation marks around it (example: "budget column") in the search field.
- To remove highlighting on the search terms in a topic, click .
- To search within a topic, click , press Ctrl+F, and enter the search term.
Equipment
You can compile a list of frequently used equipment. The equipment list is available when you add equipment entries to daily reports.
- Open the record settings.
- Click Daily Reports.
- On the settings menu, click Equipment.
You can enter a default rate for each item in the equipment list. The rate can still be modified in the daily reports.
- Click Add new row.
- In the Description column, enter a unique description.
- In the Rate column, enter the default rate.
- Press Enter.
- Click the item, and drag it to a different position in the list.
—Or—
Click Done.
The item is added at the bottom of the list.
You can edit the description or default rate for items in the equipment list.
Only the description is updated for existing equipment entries in daily reports.
You can export the equipment list to Excel where you can edit the list.
- Click the Description column, and then edit the description.
- Click the Rate column, and then edit the default rate.
- Press Enter.
- Click the item, and then drag it to a different position in the list.

To sort the items alphanumerically, click sort_by_alpha (Sort) on the toolbar.
You can delete items that are in use. The deleted items are still linked to the daily reports that they were added to but can't be added to other daily reports.
- Point the cursor to the row, and then click cancel (Remove).
The item is deleted immediately from the list.
