- To search in a subset of topics, select
in the search field and select a filter.
- To search for a specific word or phrase, add quotation marks around it (example: "budget column") in the search field.
- To remove highlighting on the search terms in a topic, select

Financials
In the financial settings, you can turn on the Financials module in the portfolio or project. You can also change the cost period settings at the project level.

- Open the settings.
- In the Portfolio settings or Project settings section of the menu, select Financials.

You can turn on the Financials module for all projects in a portfolio or only for a specific project.

- In the portfolio settings, open the financial settings.
- On the General tab, select the Enable Financials toggle to turn it on.

- In the project settings, open the financial settings.
- If the settings are locked on the General tab, select lock (Locked) on the navigation toolbar.
- Select the Enable Financials toggle to turn it on.

When a change order is created, the current cost period can be selected automatically.

- Open the financial settings.
- On the General tab, select the Default to Current Cost Period toggle to turn it on.
