Search tips
- To search in a subset of topics, click in the search field and select a filter.
- To search for a specific word or phrase, add quotation marks around it (example: "budget column") in the search field.
- To remove highlighting on the search terms in a topic, click .
- To search within a topic, click , press Ctrl+F, and enter the search term.

Divisions
- Open the record settings.
- Click Specifications.
- On the settings menu, click Divisions.
You can add a unique code and an optional description for each division.
- Click Add new row.
- In the Code column, enter a unique code.
- In the Description column, enter the description.
- Press Enter.
- Click the division, and drag it to a different position in the list.

Click Done.
The division is added at the bottom of the list.
Changes to a division are applied wherever the division is used.
In the portfolio settings, you can export the division list to Excel where you can add new items.
- Click the Code column.
- Click the Description column, and then edit the description.
- Press Enter.
- Click the division, and then drag it to a different position in the list.

To sort the divisions alphanumerically, click sort_by_alpha (Sort) on the toolbar.
You can delete divisions that are in use. A deleted division remains linked to a spec section if it was previously selected, but you can't select the deleted division for anything else.
- Point the cursor to the row, and then click cancel (Remove).
The division is deleted immediately from the list.
