Profile

You can update your profile information and change your password.

ProjectSight dates and times are based on the time zone that you select in your user profile.

  • On the topbar, click your profile picture or initials, and then click My Profile.

Updating your profile

The First Name and Last Name fields in your company record are updated if you change the First Name and Last Name fields in your profile.

If you clear a field without entering anything, the corresponding field in your company record retains the previous information.

  1. In the Basic Information section, click edit (Edit), and then select an image.

    2. The supported files types are .gif, .jpg, and .png.

  2. Move and resize the frame over the image.

    3. A preview of your profile picture is displayed on the right.

  3. Click Save Photo.

  2. At the top-right of the page, click Save.

    3. The changes are applied in ProjectSight after you navigate to the Portfolio area or sign in to the application again.

  1. In the Account management section, click Change email address.
  2. Enter your current password, and then click Sign in.
  3. Enter the new email address, and then click Send Code.

    4. The verification code is sent to the new email address.

  4. Enter the code in the Verification Code field, and then click Submit.
  5. Sign out of ProjectSight, and then sign in again with the new email address.

    6. If you signed in on multiple devices or browsers, you need to sign in again on each one after you change the email address.

  1. In the Account management section, click Add recovery email.
  2. Enter your current password, and then click Sign in.
  3. Enter the recovery email address, and then click Send Code.

    4. The verification code is sent to the recovery email address.

  4. Enter the code in the Verification Code field, and then click Submit.
  1. In the Account management section, click Change password.
  2. Enter your current password, and then click Sign in.
  3. In the New password field, enter the new password, and ensure that it follows the password strength rules.

    4. Your password must contain:

    • At least eight characters.
    • At least one lowercase letter and one uppercase letter.
    • At least one number.
    • At least one special character (! @ # $ % & * ^ _ - +).
  4. In the Confirm password field, enter the new password again.
  5. Click Submit.

    6. If you signed in on multiple devices or browsers, you need to sign in again on each one after you change the password.

  1. In the Account management section, turn on the Multi-Factor Authentication toggle.
  2. Click Enable Multi-Factor Authentication, and then follow the steps.

    If you can't scan the QR code, click Use a different method, and then enter a phone number where you would like to receive the verification code.

  • In the Account management section, click Delete your Trimble Identity.

    • If you delete your account, you will lose access to all your Trimble products as well as any data associated with this account.
