Search tips
- To search in a subset of topics, click in the search field and select a filter.
- To search for a specific word or phrase, add quotation marks around it (example: "budget column") in the search field.
- To remove highlighting on the search terms in a topic, click .
- To search within a topic, click , press Ctrl+F, and enter the search term.

Profile
You can update your profile information and change your password.
ProjectSight dates and times are based on the time zone that you select in your user profile.
- On the banner, click your profile picture or initials, and then click My Profile.
Updating your profile
The First Name and Last Name fields in your company record are updated if you change the First Name and Last Name fields in your profile.
If you clear a field without entering anything, the corresponding field in your company record retains the previous information.
- In the Basic Information section, click edit (Edit), and then select an image.
- Move and resize the frame over the image.
- Click Save Photo.
The supported files types are .gif, .jpg, and .png.
A preview of your profile picture is displayed on the right.
- In each section, edit your profile information.
- At the top-right of the page, click Save.
The changes are applied in ProjectSight after you navigate to the project selection page or sign in to the application again.
- In the Account management section, click Change email address.
- Enter your current password, and then click Sign in.
- Enter the new email address, and then click Send Code.
- Enter the code in the Verification Code field, and then click Submit.
- Sign out of ProjectSight, and then sign in again with the new email address.
The verification code is sent to the new email address.
If you signed in on multiple devices or browsers, you need to sign in again on each one after you change the email address.
- In the Account management section, click Add recovery email.
- Enter your current password, and then click Sign in.
- Enter the recovery email address, and then click Send Code.
- Enter the code in the Verification Code field, and then click Submit.
The verification code is sent to the recovery email address.
- In the Account management section, click Change password.
- Enter your current password, and then click Sign in.
- In the New password field, enter the new password, and ensure that it follows the password strength rules.
- At least eight characters.
- At least one lowercase letter and one uppercase letter.
- At least one number.
- At least one special character (! @ # $ % & * ^ _ - +).
- In the Confirm password field, enter the new password again.
- Click Submit.

If you signed in on multiple devices or browsers, you need to sign in again on each one after you change the password.
- In the Multi-Factor Authentication section, click Set up next to your preferred method.
- Follow the set up instructions.
- In the Account management section, click Delete your Trimble Identity.
If you delete your account, you will lose access to all your Trimble products as well as any data associated with this account.
