Search tips
- To search in a subset of topics, click in the search field and select a filter.
- To search for a specific word or phrase, add quotation marks around it (example: "budget column") in the search field.
- To remove highlighting on the search terms in a topic, click .
- To search within a topic, click , press Ctrl+F, and enter the search term.
History
On the History tab, you can view all the changes made to a record:
- Creation of the record
- Changes to specific fields in a record
- Changes to child items such as assignments, courtesy copies, comments, and links
- Recipients of emailed reports
The user's email address at the time of the record change will be displayed.
To view the history of a record
- Open the full record.
- Click the History tab.
Each history item is composed of the changes made by someone at a particular time. These items are sorted by the date and time stamp.
