History

On the History tab, you can view all the changes made to a record:

  • Creation of the record
  • Changes to specific fields in a record
  • Changes to child items such as assignments, courtesy copies, comments, and links
  • Recipients of emailed reports

The user's email address at the time of the record change will be displayed.

To view the history of a record

  1. Open the full record.
  2. Click the History tab.
  3. Each history item is composed of the changes made by someone at a particular time. These items are sorted by the date and time stamp.
