Search tips
- To search in a subset of topics, click in the search field and select a filter.
- To search for a specific word or phrase, add quotation marks around it (example: "budget column") in the search field.
- To remove highlighting on the search terms in a topic, click .
- To search within a topic, click , press Ctrl+F, and enter the search term.
Field Management
The Field Management module contains records for managing daily job site activities. Several record types are available:
- Checklists : Create and maintain checklists.
- Daily reports : Track completed work, daily activities, and weather conditions on the job site.
- Field work directives : Handle unexpected events, account for work, and provide clarification about the work that's supposed to be completed.
- Notices to comply : Issue notices for poor workmanship, corrections, or any unfulfilled contractual obligations.
- Punch items: Track items that need to be completed, fixed, or redone before the Certificate of Final Completion can be issued.
- Safety notices : Notify contractors of safety violations committed on the job site.
