Search tips

To search in a subset of topics, click in the search field and select a filter.
To search for a specific word or phrase, add quotation marks around it (example: "budget column") in the search field.
To remove highlighting on the search terms in a topic, click .
To search within a topic, click , press Ctrl+F, and enter the search term.

Document Control

The Document Control module contains records for managing project-related documents and communication. Several record types are available:

Action items : Track items that need to be completed.
Issues : Track and view issues that impact your project.
Meeting minutes : Log project-related meetings.
Requests for information (RFIs): Follow up on questions about your project.
Submittal packages: Group submittal items together for review.
Submittals: Track items that require approval before they're fabricated and delivered to the designated location.
Transmittals and correspondence : Log written correspondence for your project and create transmittal cover sheets.
