Submittals

From your mobile device, you can view a list of submittals that you have access to.

Submittal records are currently available in mobile in read-only mode. To edit a record, go to ProjectSight web with a supported browser.

  1. Status
  2. Lock icon indicates closed status
  3. Record number
  4. Subject
  5. Spec Section
  6. Due date
  7. Assignee information
  8. Number of attachments
  9. Downloads all the drawings or files linked to this submittal. Any new links will be automatically downloaded when the project is synced.
Submittal Record view
  1. Number - Not visible in Draft mode if submittals are set to auto-increment (web > general settings)
  2. Record status
  3. Closed - If the Closed toggle is enabled from the web, the record is locked and closed. If disabled from the web, this field is hidden.
  4. Subject
  5. Description
  6. Number of comments
  7. Number of attachments
  8. The submittal record is currently available in read-only mode.

  1. Search for keywords in the document
  2. Sub-menu: View thumbnails or share
  3. Navigate to the previous or next page
  4. Jump to a specific page in the document
