Getting Started with ProjectSight Mobile
ProjectSight's mobile app allows you to capture and update project information while you're out in the field.
Your administrator sets the permissions that control what you can see and do in the app.
Signing In
- When signing in to ProjectSight using your Apple ID, the email address associated with your Trimble ID account must be the same as the one for your Apple ID.

We do not recommend sharing your device with other ProjectSight users. Allowing other users to access their account from your device will result in unintended file sharing and record access.
Sign in to the app with your Trimble ID, Google ID, or Apple ID.
Downloading Projects
Download a project to access the records and files.
Syncing Projects
When you're online, the projects are synced with the database. The latest sync time is displayed at the top of the project or record list view.
- Tap My Projects.
The list of projects that you have access to are displayed. To view project records and files, download the project.
- Open either a record or drawing list. Pull down the screen until the sync icon appears.
We recommend that you sync regularly to get any updated project data.
Automatic syncs occur on initial entry to a project, and when you navigate to the homepage, save a record, or close a drawing or specification.
