Records - Resizing panels

In the record view and in the full record form, you can now resize the Create and Information panels.

Trimble Connect - Folder permission for files linked to locked records PSW-I-3033

When Trimble Connect is the file management system, and a file is linked to a record:

• The default folder permission is read-only when the linked record is locked.
• The default folder permission is full access when the linked record is unlocked again.

The user and security role permissions remain the same whether the linked record is locked or unlocked.

• When the field permission for the drawing Status field is set to read-only in a security role, the Status field is read-only in the Title Block Processing dialog for users with that role. (CN 03284301 / PS-38752)
• When a file from the File Library is linked to a record and then unlinked and linked again, the file is included in the record report. (CN 03319604 / PS-39286)
• After the Transfer button is clicked in the Budget Transfer dialog, the change is visible in the budget without a manual refresh. (CN 03334423 / PS-39362)
• The Budget Code column is now visible for a specific user. (CN 03319940 / PS-39374)

• When a .jpg file is uploaded and linked to a record, the file extension is no longer removed. (CN 03343326 / PS-39477)

• For a specific client that recently replaced the File Library with Trimble Connect, the missing files have been migrated successfully. (CN 03336769 / PS-39390)

Meeting minutes - New field in .xsd file PSW-I-3012

HotList_ForMeetingItems.xsd now includes the Open Assignments field. You can use this .xsd file to create meeting reports that include action items and their open assignments.

• In ad hoc reports, the report title is no longer pixelated. (CN 03268414 / PS-38172)
• When the budget items are exported to an Excel spreadsheet, the Actual Cost This Period, Actual Cost To This Period, Actual Cost To Date, Actual Cost To Complete, and Actual Percent Complete columns are included. (CN 03313851 / PS-39150)
• A specific user can be deleted without an error. (CN 03318372 / PS-39166)
• When a report is generated for a daily report record, the total rainfall in the report matches the total in the record. (CN 03308260 / PS39193)
• When a budget amount is transferred from a budget item that was used in another record, an error is no longer displayed. (CN 03325443 / PS-39243)

• When the permission for the Budget Code column is removed for a security role, then the column is resized, and then the permission is granted again, the column is visible to users in that security role. (CN 03319940 / PS-39258)
