Projects
A project contains your records and files. After you open a project, you can open different modules from the home page.
When you open a project for the first time, the synchronization process begins automatically, so the project data is downloaded from the database. As you work in the project, remember to sync your data often, so the latest information is available.

- In the Portfolio area, click a portfolio.
- In the Project area, click the project.

- In the Project area, click the project tile or row.

- On the navigation toolbar, click > Home.
—Or—
In the navigation trail, click the project name.

- On the navigation toolbar, click > CurrentProjectName.
- In the tile or list view, click a project.
Managing disc space
In the list view, you can see the total disc space that a project uses in the database and file system. If you want to free up some space, you can remove a project from your iPad.
When you remove a portfolio, its downloaded projects are also removed.

- In the Project area, click list (List), and then look at the Disc Usage column.
If a project isn't downloaded yet, the column displays N/A.

- On the tile or row of the project, click more_horiz (More) > Remove from Device.
- In the confirmation dialog, click Remove.
