Collaborate with Photos / Videos

1. On the Project home page navigation bar, select to open the Project menu.
2. To scroll the menu, swipe up or down.
3. To open a record type in the menu, select it.
4. To open a record, select it.
5. To access photos and videos in References, select .

In Comments or Notes, select the Comments field or the Notes field.

1. In the References box, select .
2. Select Take Photo and take either a photo or video using your device.

If prompted to allow access to your camera or microphone, select OK.

Use the Text or Pencil tools to annotate the photo.

3. Select Done.

1. In the References box, select .
2. Select Photos/Videos , then choose a photo or video from your phone storage.
3. Select Done.

1. In the References box, select the thumbnail.
2. Select .
3. Select .
4. Choose how you want to share the attachment.

1. Select the Comments field.
   Alternatively, you can access photo control from References, Notes, or Checklist Approval.

2. Enter your comments.

3. Optionally:

   • Select to take photos or a video.

   • Select > to take photos or a video.
     You see multiple photos display in a carousel.

4. To annotate a photo with the Text or Pencil tools, select .
   

Alternatively, select Done to attach photos without annotation to the record. Photos save locally in the app, not to your personal camera roll.

1. In Comments, References, Notes, or Checklist Approval, select .
   

2. Select Photos/Videos.

3. Select a camera roll.

4. To choose photos, select them.

   A displays on the selected photos.

5. Select to annotate your photos with the Text tool or Pencil tool .

   —Or—

   To edit photo properties, select Properties .

6. To upload your photos to the record, select Done.

7. To save your photos to the record, select .

Photos save locally in the app, not to your personal camera roll.

1. Take photos from the Comments, References, Notes, or Checklist Approval.
2. To choose a photo in the carousel, select it.
   You see a border display on your selection.

5. Enter your text.
6. Select Done.
   You see the text display in red.
   
7. Select and drag your text.
   Optionally, use the Pencil tool to add further annotation.
   
8. To save your annotations, select Done.
   You see the photo carousel display.
9. To save your annotations to the record, select Done.
   Photos save locally to the app, not to your personal camera roll.

5. Use your finger or a stylus to draw on the photo.
   You see the drawing display in red.
   Optionally, use the Text tool to add further annotation.

6. Select Done.

7. To save your annotations to the record, select Done.
   Photos save locally to the app, not to your personal camera roll.
