Courtesy copies

You can add project contacts, who are notified via email, to the courtesy copies list of a record. They have access to the record but aren't required to take any action.

  1. In the record, select CC.
  2. Select Add.
  3. Select Sort to change the sort order.
  4. Select Filter to filter results.
  5. Select (Selected icon) the names.
  6. Select Confirm.
  7. Select <.
  8. Select save icon.
  1. In the record, select CC'D.
  2. Select delete icon.
  3. Select Delete.
  4. Select <.
  5. Select save icon.
