Comments

When you select the Comments section of the record, all the comments for the record are displayed.

Comments resolution
  1. Log a new comment as the resolution

    2. Available only when the record doesn't have a resolution yet.

  2. Attach a new photo or video
  3. Attach a video/photo or pin/link a drawing to this comment.

Comments options

  1. Type your question / comment / answer
  2. Toggle on when entering an answer. Available only when entering a comment / answer.
  3. Annotate a drawing
  4. Pin or link to a drawing, attach a photo / video, or take a photo / video
  1. Select the Comments box, then enter your comment.
  2. Select the Resolution / Answer toggle.

    3. A record can only have one resolution / answer.

  3. Attach a video or photo, or link a drawing to the comment.
  4. Select Add.
  5. Select save icon.
  1. On the Comments page, select Icon - More menu > Edit.

    2. You can only edit your own comments.

  2. Edit the comment.
  3. Select Done.
  4. Select save icon.

  2. Select Delete.

    3. You can only delete your own comments.

  2. Select Mark as Resolution.

    3. A record can only have one resolution.
