Excel - Exporting and importing records

Enterprise version

The ability to create and update records using an Excel file has been added to the following record types:

• Contracts
• General invoices
• Meeting minutes
• Potential change orders
• Purchase orders
• Submittal packages
• Transmittals and correspondence

Additionally, budget group lookups are now included in the Excel file for lookups.

Drawings - Downloading drawings with linked items

You can now download drawings with or without a report as the cover page. If you select the As Builts option, the generated ZIP file can include the files and records that are linked to the annotations.

If linked records are included, a report is generated for each record. You can set the Default (As Builts) report in the record settings.

The linked item is opened automatically when you select an annotation in the downloaded drawing.

Reports - Emailed reports on History tab

When you email a report for a record, the recipients are logged on the History tab of the record.

Reports - ActivityStream.xsd

Enterprise version

When you download the .xsd files for a record, ActivityStream.xsd, which combines comments and links, is now included.

Meeting minutes - Invitations

Enterprise version

When you create a meeting invitation, courtesy copy recipients are now included automatically.

Records - Refresh button

You can now refresh records to save your changes and get the latest information from all users.

API - Reports

The API has been enhanced with the ability to generate record reports:

• /{portfolioGuid}/applicationsForPayment/reports
• /{portfolioGuid}/reportGenerator
• /{portfolioGuid}/reportGenerator/{id}

• When a duplicate number is fixed in a drawing set, the list no longer scrolls automatically to the duplicate or the top of the list. (CN 02195522 / PS-10758)
• Contacts can now be added to a company in a specific portfolio. (CN 02195564 / PS-10759)
• The ampersand (&) is now displayed properly for PCO descriptions in SCOs. (CN 02195723 / PS-10760)
• When a Bluebeam PDF is uploaded into the File Library, text annotations with the title of “AutoCAD SHX Text” are now flattened so they aren't displayed as empty comments in the PDF viewer. (CN 02201431 / PS-10832)
• In submittal package reports, linked submittal items are now displayed when the user is part of a participating company. (CN 02214377 / PS-10972)

User profile

The profile page, where you can change your display name and password, has been updated.
