Drawing viewer- Drawings sometimes disappear

Depending on the PDF file, a drawing may appear and then disappear when you select (Previous) or (Next) to open it. To make the drawing reappear, rotate your mouse wheel to zoom in or out in the drawing viewer.

Drawing viewer - Delay before navigation buttons are available

When snapping is on for measurement annotations, there may be a brief delay before (Previous) and (Next) are available.

Meeting minutes - No notifications for courtesy copy recipients

Courtesy copy recipients aren't notified when they're added to the Information panel of the main record.
