Clearing the browser cache
After a major update, such as a viewer upgrade, it's important to clear your browser cache before you use ProjectSight. This prevents potential errors as you use the application.
- While the browser is open, press Ctrl+Shift+Del.
 - Select Cached images and files (Chrome / Edge) or Cache (Firefox).
 - Select Delete data (Chrome) or Clear now (Edge / Firefox).

- At the top-right of the browser, select 
, and then select Settings > Privacy and Security. - Select Delete browsing data to open the dialog.
 - On the Basic tab:
 - From the Time range list, select All time.
 - Select the Cached images and files checkbox, and leave the other checkboxes cleared.
 - Select Delete data.
 
                                                            - At the top-right of the browser, select 
, and then select Settings > Privacy, search, and services. - In the Delete browsing data section, select Choose what to clear.
 - From the Time range list, select All time.
 - Select the Cached images and files checkbox, and leave the other checkboxes cleared.
 - Select Clear now.
 
                                                            - At the top-right of the browser, select 
, and then select Settings > Privacy & Security. - In the History section, select Clear History.
 - From the Time range to clear list, select Everything.
 - Select the Cache checkbox, and leave the other checkboxes cleared.
 - Select Clear Now.
