Free collaborators, users who don't have a license, can now create issues in ProjectSight.

Daily reports - Location filter

In the daily reports module, you can filter daily reports by location. The Location filter displays the locations that are used in the labor and equipment cards.

Project selection page - Menu

On the project selection page, you can select and drag the right side of the menu so that you can see the complete portfolio names.

RFIs - Comments field PSW-I-3980

In the edit mode for RFI comments, you can select and drag the bottom of the comments field so that you can see more lines of the comment.

• On the tiles on the project selection page, the project progress widget displays the correct percentage. (CN 000002604 / PS-60054)
• When a security role has permission for the Financials settings at the project level, the settings are available in the project settings. (CN 000002650 / PS-60370)
• In the budget, custom views include the Group setting. (CN 000002663 / PS-60439)
• When the Attention field in purchase orders is hidden because of the security role permissions, you can create purchase orders. (CN 000002602 / PS-60047).

• When a PCO item is changed in one browser tab, the associated budget item displays the updated amount correctly in the other browser tab. (CN 000002580 / PS-59977)
• When a PCO item is changed, the applied amount in the banner is calculated correctly. (CN 000002591 / PS-60001)

Daily reports - Multiple locations for each crew PSW-I-3568 and PSW-I-2061

You can now add multiple labor cards for each crew at the same or different locations.

When you copy labor cards into a daily report, the Copy Labor from dialog displays the location and work description to make it easier to find the labor cards that you want to copy.

Additional enhancements

• For security roles, you can assign the view-only permission for the Users page ([SecurityRoleName] > Features tab > Administration > Portfolio settings > Users > Can view only).
• For contract invoices, the Due date field is available in the .xsd files.
• In superseded contract invoices, you can edit non-financial fields such as Description, Category, and Notes, as well as custom fields.
• In purchase orders, the From signed by field has been added to the Contact details section and to the .xsd files.
• In general invoices, the Items grid includes new columns.
