PCOs - Send records to Estimation MEP

TC1 version

You can create a PCO in ProjectSight and then send the PCO number and description to Estimation MEP, where you can create an estimate for the cost of the change order. Then you can manually enter the cost in the PCO in ProjectSight.

The Estimation MEP button is available in a PCO if:

  1. The portfolio is part of a Project MEP account.
  2. The ProjectSight project is linked to Trimble Connect.
  3. You have the Create or Modify permission for PCOs.

  • When a custom view includes a filter with a special character like an ampersand (&), the custom filter is saved properly. (CN 03452519 / PS-42204)

  • When a custom report includes a Time checklist item from ProjectSight mobile, the report is created successfully. (CN 03450420 / PS-42154)

Lookup lists - Export / import

When you export the following lookup lists, they are now exported in their own Excel files rather than in the general lookup list Excel file:

  • Budget Groups
  • Equipment
  • Revenue Codes
  • Divisions

Revenue codes exported to Excel

  • When revenue codes are exported to Excel, the description isn't added to the Revenue Codes column. (CN 03430471 / PS-41537)
  • When the browser window is resized, the report settings are displayed in the available space. (CN 03439175 / PS-41815)
  • In the portfolio settings for submittal notifications, the Submittal - Messages Added and Submittal NotificationType_12 notifications have been removed. (CN 03440618 / PS-41878)
