Distribution Lists

You can now quickly assign a record to assignees in a distribution list.

 Distributions lists are created in ProjectSight web (project settings).

Optionally filter your list of assignees to display only distribution lists.

Select the contacts from the distribution list (or Select all) and add them to your list of assignees.

Download linked attachments, drawings and specifications on demand

Drawings, specifications or files linked to your records can now be downloaded on demand by either tapping the download cloud for each individual record or for all the records on the list.

1. Number of records fully downloaded, which includes linked drawings, specifications and files
2. Tap to download all drawings, specifications or files linked to the records on this list. Any new links will be automatically downloaded when the project is synced.
3. Tap to download all drawings, specifications or files linked to this record. Any new links will be automatically downloaded when the project is synced.

Download on demand is the recommended option if you have limited space on your device. If you prefer to automatically download them, you can set it for each record at the Project Usage & Sync settings.

Miscellaneous Enhancements

• Enhanced the Record Number sorting feature so that records are sorted in descending order. This ensures that the latest records, including those in Draft state, are listed at the top of the list.

• Improved the download process to ensure that it is automatically restored after any network connectivity pauses or issues.

• Resolved an issue where the project name was covered by the project logo. (PS-34410 / CN 03099182)
