Specifications - Annotations

Annotations that are added in specification sets are now visible in the specification viewer when spec sections are published.

When a new revision is uploaded and replaces an existing spec section, the annotations are copied from the published current version to the same page and location in the revision. The Specification Sections panel shows the number of copied annotations that are marked for review. To clear the review indicators in the current spec section, you can save the specification set, navigate to a different spec section, or publish the spec section.

The number of annotations for review may change as another user adds, edits, or removes them in the current version. The annotations are refreshed when you open the specification set, navigate to an unpublished spec section, or change the spec section code.

Specifications - Downloads

You can download specification sets or spec sections with or without a report as the cover page. If you select the As Builts option, the generated ZIP file can include the files and records that are linked to the annotations. When you select an annotation in the downloaded specification set or spec section, the linked item is opened.

Meeting minutes - Linked action items

You can create and link action items to meeting topics.

Linked action items replace assignments and courtesy copies for meeting topics.

Linked action items are also available in the Action Items view. You can search for them by the meeting or topic in which they were created.

• When the Public toggle is changed for an unlinked drawing annotation, the change is now saved. (CN 02711175 / PS-24788)

• When annotations are added or modified in the drawing viewer, the Last Modified By and Last Modified columns are now updated in the list view. (CN 02705719 / PS-24683)
• In the Create Contract dialog, the To Company list now displays the full list of companies. (CN 02706765 / PS-24701)
• When a date is entered into a budget forecast date field, the date is now displayed properly. (CN 02707489 / PS-24715)
• Reports built using PotentialCOItems_Full.xsd or PotentialCOItems_ForCOR.xsd no longer display an error. (CN 02707718 / PS-24720)
• In the Potential Change Order Item Search dialog of SCOs, an error is no longer displayed when the PCO items list is empty for the Allocation filter. (CN 02709927 / PS-24753)

The Daily Report GUID has been added to DailyWork.xsd so that a custom Daily Report by Inspector report can be created,

The following reports have been added:

The following reports now include the address for the To and From fields:

• Transmittal [Detailed]
• Transmittal [Detailed with Links]

• Contact numbers are now saved in company records. (CN 02694301 / PS-24374)
• For emailed reports, the linked files option is now selected correctly. (CN 02705553 / PS-24676)
• Meeting invitations now include agenda topics. (CN 02705715 / PS-24682)

When you create the next meeting in a series, you can now enter the meeting details.

• In contract invoices, the General Retain Percent can now have up to 8 decimal places. (CN 02620063 / PS-22066)
• The uploading performance has been improved so that large files can be uploaded to the File Library. (CN 02673621 / PS-23846)
• In the Purchase Order Detailed report, the project name and PCO item name are displayed in full. (CN 02688834 / PS-24273)
• The default budget code from the record settings is now added to new PCO items. (CN 02689807 / PS-24286)
• In SCO and PCCO reports, the amount in the Contract to this CO field is now shows the original contract value plus all PCCO approved amounts up to and including the current PCCO. (CN 02691763 / PS-24316)
• An issue that prevented a portfolio setting from being saved in a specific project has been resolved. (CN 02699070 / PS-24451)
• An issue that occurred when meeting minutes were opened by a specific user has been resolved. (CN 02700199 / PS-24479)
