Daily reports - Equipment
Paid version
Equipment entries can now be added to daily reports.
The equipment list is available in the portfolio and project settings.
In the daily report, add entries for the equipment that was used on the job site that day.
Revenue codes
Paid version
Revenue codes can now be added to budget items and to non-committing contracts. The revenue code list is available in the portfolio and project settings.
For budget items, select the revenue code from the Revenue Code column. By default, this column appears at the end of the grid, but you can move it in the Columns panel (view_column).
For contracts, select the revenue code for an existing SOV item, or click Add Revenue Codes to add it as a separate line item.
Only revenue codes that are assigned to budget items can be added as separate line items.

To see which budget items have revenue codes, group the items by the Revenue Code column.
You can also create a custom report for budget items or contracts to see a summary of the revenue codes.
- In a Crystal Reports file, you insert a summary group for revenue codes.
- You upload the report file in ProjectSight.
- You generate the report for budget items.
BCM dashboard widgets
Paid version
Dashboard widgets are now available for all BCM records except for budget items.
BCM widgets also include summary values. To see what a value represents, point your cursor to the value.
In the portfolio or project settings, you can select up to five workflow statuses to display in each widget.
- When a user promoted another user’s comment as the answer for an RFI, the generated report incorrectly showed that the promoter gave the answer. (CN 02236995 / PS-11352)
- In list view, the Batch Edit panel did not appear after selecting multiple records. This occurred if the Search panel was hidden. (CN 02280522 / PS-12637)

Daily reports - Automatic weather entries
Paid version
Weather entries can now be added automatically to daily reports. In the project settings, you can set the time range and select the weather station.

If the weather station provides a precipitation summary, and the Total Rainfall field is locked in the daily report, the total rainfall is added automatically at the end of the day.

Daily reports - Detailed labor cards
Paid version
If the labor card display is set to Detailed in the record settings, you can now add workers to the labor card in the daily report.

Daily reports - Improved organization

Daily reports are now organized into the following sections:
- Weather: Displays automatic and manual weather entries in a grid.
- Labor: Displays labor cards.
- Notes: Displays comments and linked items.
To see more information in each section, click expand_more (Expand).

Column sorting
You can now click a column header to sort by ascending or descending order. When applicable, the items are then sorted by the Number column and by the Revision column. The column sorting is also included when you create a custom view.

- When a tab name is changed in the meeting minutes nomenclature, and the name is a duplicate of an existing tab, a number is now appended to the duplicate name when records are exported to Excel. (CN 02238360 / PS-11391)
- When a PDF file name contains spaces, and that file is downloaded in the PDF viewer, the spaces are no longer replaced by the "+" character. (CN 02246643 / PS-11657)
- When a PDF is uploaded and linked to a drawing annotation and the drawing discipline is changed in the drawing set, the uploaded file now remains linked to the drawing. (CN 02260596 / PS-12035)
- When the Get Files button is clicked in a submittal package, items that are linked to its submittals are now included in the download. (CN 02261565 / PS-12055)
- When a contract invoice includes a negative change order for a controlled total contract, the error message is now "The Sum of Total Complete Value for all Contract Invoice Items may not exceed Contract Value this Period." (CN 02261676 / PS-12067)
- When a transmittal contains a long list of courtesy copies, the list of contacts is now displayed properly. (CN 02261678 / PS-12068)
- A JavaScript error is no longer displayed when specific published drawings are opened in the drawing viewer. (CN 02263545 / PS-12110)
- When the project settings are opened in the European site, a gateway timeout error related to the Trimble Connect setting is no longer displayed. (CN 02264875 / PS-12122)
