Portfolios

The Portfolio area displays the portfolios that you have access to. Each portfolio can contain one or more projects.

Portfolios can't be deleted.

  • On the navigation toolbar, click menu (Navigation), and click the name of the current portfolio.
  • In the Portfolio area, click the portfolio tile or row.
  • In the Portfolio area, click the portfolio.

    • The Project area is displayed.

  1. On the navigation toolbar, click menu (Navigation) > CurrentPortfolioName.
  2. In the tile or list view, click a portfolio.

Managing disc space

In the list view, you can see the total disc space that a portfolio uses in the database and file system. If you want to free up some space, you can remove a portfolio from your iPad.

When you remove a portfolio, its downloaded projects are also removed.

  • In the Portfolio area, click list (List), and then look at the Disc Usage column.

    • If a portfolio isn't downloaded yet, the column displays N/A.

  1. On the tile or row of the portfolio, click more_horiz (More) > Remove from Device.
  2. In the confirmation dialog, click Remove.
