Profile

You can update your Trimble Identity profile information and change your password.

  • The dates and times in ProjectSight are based on the time zone that you select in your profile.
  • The date format is based on the supported language that you select in your profile.
  • On the banner, select your profile picture or initials, and then select My Profile.

Updating your profile

The First Name and Last Name fields in your company record are updated if you change the First Name and Last Name fields in your profile.

If you clear a field without entering anything, the corresponding field in your company record retains the previous information.

  1. In the Basic Information section of your profile, select Edit icon (Edit), and then select an image.

    2. The supported files types are .gif, .jpg, and .png.

  2. Move and resize the frame over the image.

    3. A preview of your profile picture is displayed on the right.

  3. Select Save Photo.
  1. In each section, edit your profile information.
  2. At the top-right of the page, select Save.

    3. The changes are applied in ProjectSight after you navigate to the project selection page or sign in to the application again.

  1. In the Account management section of your profile, select Change email address.
  2. Enter your current password, and then select Sign in.
  3. Enter the new email address, and then select Send Code.

    4. The verification code is sent to the new email address.

  4. Enter the code in the Verification Code field, and then select Submit.
  5. Sign out of ProjectSight, and then sign in again with the new email address.

    6. If you signed in on multiple devices or browsers, you need to sign in again on each one after you change the email address.

  1. In the Account management section of your profile, select Add recovery email.
  2. Enter your current password, and then select Sign in.
  3. Enter the recovery email address, and then select Send Code.

    4. The verification code is sent to the recovery email address.

  4. Enter the code in the Verification Code field, and then select Submit.
  1. In the Account management section of your profile, select Change password.
  2. Enter your current password, and then select Sign in.
  3. In the New password field, enter the new password, and ensure that it follows the password strength rules.

    4. Your password must contain:

    • At least eight characters.
    • At least one lowercase letter and one uppercase letter.
    • At least one number.
    • At least one special character (! @ # $ % & * ^ _ - +).
  4. In the Confirm password field, enter the new password again.
  5. Select Submit.

    6. If you signed in on multiple devices or browsers, you need to sign in again on each one after you change the password.

  1. In the Multi-Factor Authentication section of your profile, select Set up next to your preferred method.
  2. Follow the set up instructions.
  • In the Account management section of your profile, select Delete your Trimble Identity.

    • If you delete your account, you will lose access to all your Trimble products as well as any data associated with this account.
